You tell

Artist:unknown

Me to close my mouth

For you don’t want to hear what I have to say

You only want to see me and look at the eyes you love so much.

For you know the words that will come out my mouth will be the truth.

And in the end you will be hurt not me but if you want to prolong the matter.

Then I will let you have it your way one more time before I walk out that door and leave my words and you behind.

This time around.

Releasing

All that is in me

No matter how good or bad it is.

For I’m tired of holding it in.

And that it is all out in the open I can’t seem to hate it for it’s a beautiful sight.

All the different moments and emotions that make up just who I am.

Is floating around me making a beautiful rainbow of life.

A life that seems to be growing more and more with no end in sight just yet.

At this moment I am truly alive and I’m not holding back anymore for life feels so much more precious now.

In the

The wall fall glows not like before.

And there on a rock, she sits after taking a drip in the water so cool.

She only comes at night for the sight is so beautiful she can’t seem to resistance getting in.

Until one night the glow was so bright that she slipped and fell.

But to her surprise, the wall solved her and lifted her back to her rock.

For her time to go was not yet and waterfall enjoyed her company.

And knew one day her spirit would stay with it and together they will continue to protect the forest.

They both loved!

Things

Photo by Evie S. on Unsplash

feel light like a feather lately with no real direction as we all float through the moment.

Trying to find a way to make things feel whole again

and not like everything is crashing down around us because we can’t control this.

But, I’ve realize floating around light as a feather makes you see the lighter things in life especially right now when everything is serious.

All around

Photo by Sami Hobbs on Unsplash

me feels like everything is burning up and here I stand as if I have no care in the world.

But the truth is my world has been on fire for weeks and probably months now.

And no matter how much I tried to put the flames out it just kept spreading and now it’s unstoppable.

And all I can do is watch because I too am on fire and I know every step I take would just spread it more and more and I just can’t do that to those who have been so good to me.

So as it all burns around me and falls from the mess I now have to call my life, I hope soon he arrives and puts me out for I do more damage then I could have imagined this time around.

In this

Week 218 of Three Line Tale

three line tales, week 218: a woman drinking coffee with laptop and guitar

moment I want to focus on what is in front of me and I realize that staring at the screen on my computer isn’t going to make things move quicker.

I know that the day is coming to an end and even though I have done so much it feels like I have so much more to do before I can be done for the day.

I know that this day was long and right now I am tired and ready to move on from the stress of not know what to expect next.

If only

Photo by Emery Meyer on Unsplash

Time would speed up and I could just get out here.

and just get lost in something for I feel like I need a break.

To early to tell how the day will be but the hope that it will be fine is all I’m looking forward too.

And going back to bed for sleep is calling my name more than work is as I head out the door.

It’s windy

Photo by Daniil Lobachev on Unsplash

Outside and like my life I would nice for it to just blow some things around.

Until maybe it would be in better shape then it is right now.

The things that are set in stone will be blown around and for once I would welcome a mess in my life.

Something to do for right now it feels like I’m moving around in circles and nothing seems right to me.

I’m running out of steam but I have to keep moving even when I just want to scream enough is enough.

But I know my moment in the wind won’t last and so back to the same old things in the hope of finding the right path for me.

Sometimes

Photo by Tan Kaninthanond on Unsplash

There is smoke before you really see that person for who they are.

You keep trying to peek a glance at them but what you see and hear about them seems so different.

They are so honest and sweet to you but everyone keeps saying it’s an act.

You don’t know what to believe for the smoke has not left your sight since you’ve meet them.

You don’t know if it’s safe to keep risking it all for them when you’re not sure you know who they truly are.
